What makes a transaction suspicious
4 min read

Suspicion is not about a single dollar figure. A transaction is suspicious when something about it — the pattern, the behaviour, or the story behind it — doesn’t line up with what you’d expect for that customer.

Your job on the frontline is to notice the mismatch and pass it on. You are not deciding guilt; you are flagging what looks off so the compliance team can review it.
